The module uses ultrasonic atomization principles: a high-frequency drive signal excites a compatible piezoelectric transducer, creating microscopic vibrations at the water interface. These vibrations generate a fine aerosol (mist) that can be directed into an enclosure, duct, or open air depending on your mechanical design. Because the output is “single spray,” it is best suited for compact builds where one mist outlet is sufficient, or where multiple modules are used in parallel for scaling.
Ultrasonic atomization relies on maintaining a stable oscillation frequency and adequate drive amplitude at the transducer. In typical implementations, the driver converts the DC input into a high-frequency AC waveform optimized for the piezo element. Atomization quality depends on several real-world factors: water level above the transducer, water purity/mineral content, temperature, and the mechanical coupling between the transducer and the water reservoir.
