Privacy Policy

  • We collect order/account information required to process purchases, support requests, and fraud checks.
  • Personal data may include name, email, phone, delivery address, and order activity.
  • We use this data for order fulfillment, customer support, service updates, and legal compliance.
  • Payment card data is processed through payment gateways; sensitive card details are not stored by default in storefront records.
  • We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with logistics/payment/service providers only as needed to complete services.
  • Customers can request account/profile updates and data-related support via email.

Terms & Conditions

  • By using this website and placing orders, you agree to these policies and applicable local laws/regulations.
  • Product listings, specifications, and availability may be updated without prior notice.
  • Orders can be rejected/cancelled for fraud risk, payment failure, stock mismatch, pricing errors, or compliance reasons.
  • Backorder-enabled products may have longer lead times as shown on product/checkout pages.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping/contact details.
  • Commercial resale, export, and restricted-use compliance remains the buyer's responsibility where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Shipping fee: AED 25.00.
  • Free shipping threshold: AED 100.00.
  • In-stock items are dispatched based on operational cut-off and courier schedule.
  • Delivery windows are estimates and may vary by destination, customs checks, and courier constraints.
  • Backorder items ship according to lead times shown during purchase.
  • Split shipments may occur when some items are in stock and others are backordered.

Returns & Refund Policy

  • Return request window: up to 7 day(s) from delivery/order date as configured.
  • Returned products must generally be in original condition, with packaging and accessories where applicable.
  • Opened, damaged, misused, or incorrectly wired electronics may be ineligible unless defective on arrival.
  • A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns (amount depends on condition/packaging).
  • Return delivery charge: AED 25.00 (applies unless the item is defective/not working or incorrect).
  • For defective/incorrect items, we cover return delivery and offer replacement or full refund based on availability.
  • Refund method and processing time depend on payment method and gateway/bank processing.
  • Once an order is shipped, outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to seller error or confirmed defect.
  • Handling/packing deductions may apply as per policy and approved return condition.
  • Return status updates are provided through order/notification channels.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may request cancellation before fulfillment/shipment, subject to processing status.
  • Cancellations before shipment are free and refunded to the original payment method.
  • Orders already fulfilled/shipped may not be cancellable and should follow return workflow instead.
  • Once shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Custom or special-order/backorder items may have restricted cancellation after procurement begins.
  • Approved cancellations are refunded per the refund policy and payment channel timeline.

Payment & Pricing Policy

  • Available payment options are shown at checkout and may include COD/manual/card gateways based on configuration.
  • Pricing is shown in AED unless otherwise stated. Taxes/fees are shown according to current settings.
  • Promotional prices, coupons, and offers may have eligibility limits and expiry windows.
  • In case of obvious pricing/data errors, orders may be paused and reconfirmed before fulfillment.
  • For products marked "Price on request," customers can submit RFQ/quote requests.
