In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, and delivered anywhere in the UAE in 1–3 working days.

What does shipping cost?

AED 28 per order, and free on orders above AED 150.

How can I pay?

Visa and Mastercard, processed by Stripe at checkout — we never see or store your card number.

Can I return a component?

Yes — 7-day returns on unopened items in their original condition, and on anything with a manufacturing defect. See Shipping & returns for the details.

Do you supply schools, universities and companies?

You don't list the part I need — can you get it?

Usually. Send us the part number or a description and we will source it to order. For a whole project, Titan builds the parts list and quotes it.
