We dispatch as fast as possible based on stock status and order cut-off. This page explains typical timelines and shipping policy.
  • In-stock orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 business day.
  • Delivery speed depends on destination and courier network.
  • Backorder items follow the lead-time shown on product pages and at checkout.
  • Shipping fee: AED 28.00.
  • Free shipping threshold: AED 150.00.
  • Remote area delivery: some addresses are a long way from our courier's network, and cost noticeably more to reach. Orders going to those areas carry an extra AED 22.00. It is shown on the order summary at checkout, before you pay — never added afterwards. Free delivery does not apply to these areas.
