Ever tried wiring two sensors with the same fixed I2C address? The TCA9548A multiplexer solves that classic headache: it splits one I2C bus into eight switchable channels, so identical OLEDs, IMUs or temperature sensors can live together on a single Arduino, ESP32 or Raspberry Pi.

Select a channel with one simple I2C command, talk to the device, then switch to the next. Each channel can even run at a different voltage level, giving you safe 3.3V/5V mixing. With the three address pins you can cascade up to eight boards for a maximum of 64 channels.

Wiring: VIN, GND, SDA, SCL on the controller side; SD0/SC0 through SD7/SC7 for your devices.
