The SG90 9g Micro Servo Motor is one of the most popular mini servos for Arduino and RC projects thanks to its compact size, low cost, and reliable 180° positional control. It uses a standard PWM servo signal to move to a specific angle and hold position, making it ideal for robot arms, steering mechanisms, pan/tilt camera mounts, small animatronics, and DIY automation.

How It Works (PWM Position Control)

SG90 is a positional servo that moves to the angle commanded by the PWM pulse width:

Typical frequency: ~50 Hz
Pulse width range: ~1.0 ms to ~2.0 ms
Around 1.5 ms is typically the center position

You can control it using Arduino Servo library, ESP32 PWM/servo libraries, or RC receivers.
